The blessings will Run after you, Part 1

Does God wants to bless us??

Of course He does!! The bible tells us so.

Will the blessings run after us? Yes, we don’t have to run after them but they will run after us.

The reason why we have to asks such a question is because the church has been filled with such negative thoughts about us that He likes to punish His Children.

John 1:16. For we have all received from his fullness one gracious gift after another.

Galatians 3:13-14 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us (because it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”) in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham would come to the Gentiles, so that we could receive the promise of the Spirit by faith.

2 Corinthians 1:20 For every one of God’s promises are “Yes” in him; therefore also through him the “Amen” is spoken, to the glory we give to God.

This truth is the key to understanding the gift of righteousness, declared righteous and innocent before God by faith.

If you don’t believe God wants to bless you, then you won’t be able to understand and live in the goodness of the Doctrine of Justification by Faith.

Read Deuteronomy 28 and personalise the blessings for yourself daily and reject the curses. God wants to bless us more than we ask or imagine because we are his children. I’m not necessarily talking about material possessions but it could come in various forms such as daily necessisities, relationships, health, spiritual gifts and anythings pertaining to the Kingdom of God.

So why we don’t always seem to living in the blessings so that the unsaved would envy us?

It’s because we don’t think we are good enough, not righteous enough, haven’t worked hard enough.

That’s why when God wants to bless us, we say, “NO God, don’t do it. I’m not good enough!! I don’t deserve it!”

Do you think we deserve to be blessed anyway? Or do you think Jesus deserved the blessings for us? And God gives us what we don’t deserve anyway?

Learn to say “Yes” to God when He wants to pour out blessings on you. Look for opportunities for God to bless you. Anticipate to be blessed daily in different ways. For from Him comes one blessing after another.

In Genesis 12, God said to Abrahm “ I want to bless you.” Abraham believed God and it was credited to him as Righteous. Abraham was declared Righteous because he trusted that God wanted to bless him when it had nothing to do with his obedience.

Faith is when we believe God wants to bless us even when we don’t deserve it.

‘To be declared righteous by faith OR the just shall live by faith’ means that we believe that God wants to bless us even though we haven’t done anything to deserve.

Say, “Thankyou” and throw yourself righteousness away and count it as dung. You’ll never be perfect to earn even just one blessings anyway.

Daily say to God, “Thankyou, thankyou for your blessings that’s going to come today. I receive everyone of them because I believe You are good and it has nothing to do with my performance.”

Think like this, “because of Jesus perfect record and the gift of righteouness, God wants to bless me in every area of life. It is God’s will for me to blessed.”

Look at the different areas in your life that’s lacking the blessings of God and Believe and Receive today your daily inheritance.

Ephesians 1:18 – since the eyes of your 1 heart have been enlightened – so that you may know what is the hope of his calling, what is the wealth of his glorious inheritance in the saints,
